Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our items (mugs, coasters, keyrings, and t-shirts), we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Conditions for Returns:

• The item must be reported as defective or damaged within 7 days of delivery.
• All original packaging must be included.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
